INGREDIENTS:

  • Killowen Farm Irish Strawberry Yogurt, 250 g
  •  Rolled oats, 250 g
  •  Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.), 75g
  •  Small egg, raw, 45 g
  •  Baking powder, 2 g

METHOD:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C /gas mark 4).
  2. Mix all the ingredients together with a fork in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into six, shape into spheres then place them on a non-stick baking tray, press down slightly with a fork.
  4. Bake in the oven for 15 – 20mins or until they are golden brown in colour.

Transfer them to a wire rack and leave to cool.

Store in an airtight container.
