INGREDIENTS:
- Killowen Farm Irish Strawberry Yogurt, 250 g
- Rolled oats, 250 g
- Berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc.), 75g
- Small egg, raw, 45 g
- Baking powder, 2 g
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven 160°C /gas mark 4).
- Mix all the ingredients together with a fork in a bowl until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into six, shape into spheres then place them on a non-stick baking tray, press down slightly with a fork.
- Bake in the oven for 15 – 20mins or until they are golden brown in colour.
Transfer them to a wire rack and leave to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
