Double up on fibre and protein rich recipe to create a dessert-like breakfast for the whole week.
Ingredients:
- 1 tub (200g) Killowen Caramel Protein Yoghurt
- 100g oats
- 125ml water
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 50g dark chocolate
- Optional: extra oats, pumpkin seeds, freeze-dried raspberries
Method:
- In a blender, purée everything except the chocolate until smooth.
- Divide the mixture between jars (use 3 small Killowen yogurt jars). Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave, heating for 20 seconds at a time. Stir after each interval and repeat until completely melted.
- Coat the top of each jar with a thin layer of melted chocolate and sprinkle with seeds or oats if desired. Refrigerate for another 10 minutes until the chocolate hardens, then serve.
